	Gala	Early September	Sweet. Fresh eating, salads. Stores in fridge about 1 month.
	Ginger Gold	Early September	Sweet. Used for fresh eating, salads, & sauces. Doesn't store well.
	Dolgo Crab	Early September	Very Tart. Apple jelly. Does not store.
	Lobo	Early September	Tart to sweet. Fresh eating, salads, sauces. Doesn't store well.
	Cortland	Mid to Late September	Tart to sweet. Fresh eating, salads, cooking, great early pie apple, doesn't brown when cut, low acid, stores in fridge till Christmas
	Honeycrisps	Mid-September	Tart to sweet. Very crisp. Fresh eating, salads, holds shape in pies, stores until about Christmas in fridge.
	Macintosh	Mid-September	Tart to sweet. Used for fresh eating, sauces, and salads. Doesn't store well.
	Macoun	Mid to late September	Tart. Fresh eating, salads, & sauces. Doesn't store well.
	Empire	Late September or Early October	Tart. Fresh eating, jelly, sauces, and salads. Stores about one month in the fridge.
	Jona Gold	Late September	Sweet. Fresh eating and salads. Stores about one month in the fridge.
	Spartan	Late September to Early October	Tart to sweet. Fresh eating, salads. Will store for about a month in the fridge.
	Mutsu	Late September or Early Oct.	Sweet. Fresh eating, salads, sauces, baking. Stores until about Christmast in the fridge.
	Smoothie	Late September or Early October	Sweet. Fresh eating, sauces. Stores about one month in the fridge.
	Tolman Sweet	Late September or Early Oct.	Fresh eating, baking. Doesn't store well.
	Golden Delicious	Early October	Sweet. Freshing eating, salads, great for apple sauce for baby food. Stores until about Christmas in the fridge.
	Red Delicious	Early October	Sweet. Freshing eating and salads. Stores well until January in the fridge.
	Snow	Early October	Tart. Fresh eating, apple sauce, great for candy apples with snow white flesh. Doesn't store well.
	Golden Russet	Early to Mid-October	Sweet. Fresh eating, stores well in fridge until Christmas or longer.
	Ambrosia		Sweet. (Not yet available. New planting.)
	Ida Red	Mid-October	Tart. Fresh eating, salads, sauces, great pie apple. Store very well through the winter.
	Spy-Tart	Mid to Late October	Tart. Great baking and pie apple. Stores well through the winter.
