Mom Stewart

~ Should make at least 3 pies.~

7 cups Cake & Pastry Flour  
1 lb. Lard  
3½ tsp. Salt  
1 cup Cold Water  

Directions:
  1. Combine flour and salt in a large bowl and cut in lard using knives or pastry blender, until mixture is cut into pea-sized pieces.
  2. Slowly add water until mixture is dampened.
  3. Knead on hard surface until mixture holds together.
  4. Refrigerate for 1 hour.
  5. Cut into 4 pieces.
  6. Roll out pastry as needed.
